1. What this policy covers

This policy explains how Gayaji Jyotish, run by Dr. Pt. Subodh Pathak (Shastri Ji), handles the information you choose to share through this website, on WhatsApp, by phone or by email.

It applies to the Janam Patrika consultation form on this website and to any consultation conversation that follows from it.

2. Information you may share

For an astrology consultation, we ask for your full name, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, WhatsApp number, an optional email address, and a short note about the guidance you are seeking.

You may also voluntarily share further personal context during the consultation itself. Please share only what you are comfortable sharing.

3. This website does not store your details

The consultation form on this website has no database behind it. When you submit it, your details are assembled into a WhatsApp message and opened in WhatsApp on your own device. Nothing is saved on this website, and no account is created for you.

You send the message yourself. Until you press send in WhatsApp, we do not receive anything.

4. How your information is used

Your birth details are used only to prepare and read your chart and to respond to your questions. Your contact details are used only to reply to you about your consultation.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not use it for advertising or bulk marketing messages.

5. Confidentiality

Consultations are treated as confidential. Your chart, your questions and anything discussed during a consultation are not shared with other clients or published anywhere, including as testimonials, without your explicit permission.

Information is disclosed only where required by law.

6. WhatsApp and third-party services

Conversations take place on WhatsApp, which is operated by a third party and governed by its own privacy terms. Messages travel through WhatsApp's infrastructure, and their handling of that data is outside our control.

This website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider, which may record standard technical logs such as IP address and browser type for security and reliability purposes.

7. Retention and deletion

WhatsApp conversations and any notes prepared for your consultation are kept only as long as needed to serve you, and no longer than necessary.

You may ask us to delete your details at any time. Send the request from the same WhatsApp number, or email subodhpathakgayaji@gmail.com, and the chat and related notes will be removed.

8. Children

Consultations concerning a child should be requested by a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children.

9. Nature of the guidance offered

Astrology consultation is offered as traditional Vedic guidance. It is not medical, legal, psychological or financial advice, and it should not replace a qualified professional in any of those fields. No outcome is guaranteed, and decisions you take remain your own.
